Yoga Therapist

At Kidspire OT, we believe in supporting the whole child — mind, body, and emotional wellbeing. Hollie brings this philosophy to life through her compassionate, inclusive, and child-centred approach to yoga.

A qualified yoga teacher since 2020, Hollie completed her 500-hour Diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga. Her relationship with yoga began in 2007, and what started as curiosity quickly became a transformative journey of self-discovery, connection, and wellbeing.

Alongside her yoga teaching, Hollie has over seven years of experience supporting children and young people with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and a range of additional learning and developmental needs. Her work has given her a deep appreciation of the importance of creating safe, nurturing, and inclusive environments.

Driven by a desire to make yoga accessible to all children, Hollie completed specialist training with Special Yoga, further developing her knowledge of adapting yoga practices to meet diverse needs. She has seen first-hand how movement, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and relaxation can positively support emotional regulation, body awareness, confidence, focus, and overall wellbeing.

At Kidspire OT, Hollie supports our vision of integrating yoga and mindfulness into therapeutic practice, empowering children to build resilience, self-awareness, confidence, and lifelong wellbeing skills.
